A Day In The Life of A Pre-Law Student

Hello, my name is Katelyn Holcomb. I am a junior here at Illinois Institute of Technology.  I am currently studying psychology, while also being a member of the Pre-Law program. If going to law school is something you are interested in I highly recommend the Pre-Law program and I also have some helpful tips!

Something that will be discussed heavily within the program is the LSAT. The LSAT, for those who are unfamiliar, is the standardized test administered to prospective law school students. It is not a test that should be taken lightly as it requires months of preparation and studying. However, do not let that deter you from pursuing law school. Something that I found to be helpful during my preparation for the LSAT was to find a study book, such as The LSAT Trainer, and create an extensive study and practice exam schedule. This will ensure that you have plenty of time to analyze where you stand, enhance your skillset, and even improve your score!
