HOW IT WORKS
📋 Structured Professional Development
Students complete year-appropriate activities designed to build essential career skills, from LinkedIn profile creation to internship securing to leadership development. Your guided Elevate experience is managed through 312/Campus Groups, where you’ll track progress, complete requirements, and connect with your Success Coach.
🏆 Digital Credentialing System
Earn and level-up professional development badges that verify your competencies to your community of practice and employers. These LinkedIn-ready credentials demonstrate real skills in areas like Digital Literacy, Professional Communications, Leadership Development, and Career Critical Thinking.
👤 Personal Success Coach
Every student receives dedicated support from a Success Coach who provides guidance, tracks progress, and ensures no student falls behind in their professional development journey.
✨ Guaranteed Experience
Students who complete all experience requirements may receive access to guaranteed professional experience opportunities, including internships, research projects, and leadership roles.

🎯 EMPLOYMENT GUARANTEE
Students who successfully complete all the Elevate requirements and don’t secure employment within six months of graduation may be eligible for additional upskilling support programs and options at Illinois Tech.
