The Write-Up Formula · Three Questions Per Project
1. What was the problem? One sentence a non-expert understands. 2. What did you do? Your role, your decisions, your tools. 3. What changed? A result with a number, and the link right beside it.
“Built a scheduling app” is a claim. “Built a scheduling app that cut my student org’s planning time from two hours to twenty minutes — here is the code and the live demo” is evidence.

A portfolio nobody sees is a diary▾

- Refresh each semester: one project in, one out — the write-ups sharpen as you do
- In informational interviews, ask: “What projects would make a recruiter in this field take notice?” Then build one and report back
