Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Orientation:
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation scheduling.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Employee Relations:
- Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related support.
- Support HR initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Training and Development:
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
- Coordinate training logistics and materials preparation.
- Monitor training attendance and assist in tracking employee development.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and the property management industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR software (experience with HRIS a plus).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
