Americaneagle.com is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing Business Development team. This role is primarily focused on inbound lead qualification, managing and facilitating live inbound calls, and timely follow-up on scheduled form fills, acting as a key bridge between our marketing efforts and senior sales team. Representatives engage prospects in real time, gather initial discovery, and ensure qualified opportunities are routed appropriately.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound live calls and scheduled form-fill calls
- Communicate directly with prospects to qualify leads and route opportunities appropriately
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls for Senior Sales Representatives
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM
- Support inbound lead flow to ensure timely follow-up and a positive prospect experience
- Manage lead assignments and coordinate discovery calls to the appropriate sales representatives
- Assist sales teams as needed to ensure continuity in pipeline progression
- Support sales teams and prospecting activities to drive net new business
- Support administrative and operational duties as needed
- Meet assigned KPIs and performance metrics related to inbound response and lead qualification
Qualifications
- BS in Business, Communications, Business Management, Marketing, or relevant field
- Prior experience in sales, business development, customer-facing, or related roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong listening skills with the ability to identify prospect needs and ask effective qualifying questions
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to digital marketing, web development, hosting, or digital services
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Prior experience as a BDR, SDR, or in a sales or customer-facing role
