We’re looking for a Brand Management Intern to join our marketing team and support the growth of Wayfinder RV. You’ll gain hands-on experience with real digital campaigns and get an inside look at what it takes to manage and grow a brand in a competitive market. If you’re a driven, detail-oriented student with a passion for marketing and a love of the outdoors, we would like to meet you! This is an in-person opportunity out of our Dealership Success Center in Meridian, Idaho. Schedule is flexible based on student’s schedule.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Support paid advertising efforts across Meta, Google, and other platforms
- Help improve SEO performance through content optimization and keyword research
- Assist with copywriting and strategy for email marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and compile basic analytics reports
- Collaborate with the team to improve user experience and update product content
- Bring new, creative ideas to help grow the Wayfinder RV brand
What we’re looking for:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with at least one of the following: social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, or email marketing
- Creative thinker with a willingness to learn and experiment
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, in-office environment
- Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of paid social or PPC advertising
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Experience using HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console
- Interest in RVing, the outdoors, or travel
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
- Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions
