Position Overview
GSG is seeking an IT Intern to support our IT Department under the direction of the IT Manager/Network Administrator. The IT Intern will provide general IT Helpdesk support including but not limited to:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting desktop and laptop workstations running Windows 10/11.
- Assisting users with day-to-day troubleshooting in Hybrid Active Directory environment.
- Basic hardware diagnostics and replacement (Drives, memory, power supplies, etc.).
Qualifications
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Office 365 for Business, Intune, Powershell, and CAD software is preferred, but not required.
