- Hands-On Experience: Lead the onboarding process for data exchange and EDI clients, managing projects from start to finish. Duties require a lot of data analysis and data mapping as well as trouble-shooting data issues.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable specifications and data mappings.
- Problem-Solving: Address a wide range of data interchange inquiries and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with in-house programming, project management, and sales teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Ongoing Support: Provide continuous support to clients, managing data errors and client interactions with CRM software.
