We are seeking a Marketing Intern for this upcoming school year to support digital marketing, branding, and performance initiatives across our residential communities. This is a hands-on paid role where you will work directly with the marketing lead and gain exposure to real projects that impact leasing performance, lead generation, and brand visibility.
You will be actively involved in execution, strategy, and performance tracking, with the opportunity to build meaningful, real-world experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with listing optimization on platforms like Zillow and Apartments.com
• Support marketing campaigns and content development
• Track and analyze lead performance and marketing effectiveness
• Help maintain brand consistency across digital channels
• Assist with day-to-day marketing initiatives and special projects
Qualifications:
• Current college student (marketing or related field preferred)
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in marketing
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self-starter who is proactive and eager to learn
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Canva, Excel, or social media is a plus
• Currently a Junior or Senior
