About William
William is building a personal AI companion OS for emotional intelligence.
William helps users understand how their daily digital habits, AI tools, apps, workflows, and behaviors affect their mood, focus, anxiety, motivation, and overall wellbeing. It is not just another chatbot. William is designed to understand real user context, recognize emotional patterns, and give personalized insights that help people feel more self-aware and in control.
What You’ll Do
You will help us design, test, and improve AI agents for William.
This includes:
- Testing AI tools, agents, and workflows.
- Designing agent behaviors for reflection, emotional analysis, habit tracking, and personal insights.
- Helping William understand why certain apps, tools, or behaviors may trigger stress, distraction, anxiety, or negative emotions.
- Writing and improving prompts.
- Creating test cases and identifying where agent responses fail.
- Turning messy user behavior into clear product insights.
- Moving fast, testing fast, and documenting what works.
Who We Want
We want someone who actually uses AI tools and understands how people interact with them in real life.
You should be:
- Deeply interested in AI agents, personal AI, emotional intelligence, digital wellbeing, or behavior analysis.
- Hands-on with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Perplexity, Replit, automation tools, or agent builders.
- Able to think from both a user and product perspective.
- Fast at testing, learning, and improving.
- Clear, direct, and practical.
- Not someone who only talks about AI in theory.
Coding is a plus, but not required. Execution matters more.
