This position is for a staff level engineer with 0-4 years experience in the Civil Engineering-Land Development sector. New graduates are welcomed. In this position you will work with a team of talented engineers creating site development plans for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Position will be a production position in which you will be responsible for most aspects of the design of the project.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT)/ Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) registration or ability to obtain within six months
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop civil plan sheet sets for construction, ensuring proper plan presentation
- Observe the installation, testing, and inspection of site infrastructure systems (e.g., sewer and water systems, proof rolls, SWPPP inspections)
- Support senior engineering staff with plan preparation and field discrepancies which may arise
- Perform hydraulic and pipe design calculations, as well as prepare engineering reports (drainage reports, watershed studies, project narratives)
- Address redline comments from review agencies and senior engineers
- Willingness to learn and ability to absorb knowledge and design aspects from engineering staff
