AI Operations Intern

EliseAI builds AI systems that automate communication and operational workflows for property management and healthcare teams.
This internship is remote (United States only) and designed for students who want hands-on experience in AI operations, structured data handling, and workflow execution inside real AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Process and organize structured operational data with high accuracy
- Support AI-assisted workflow execution and task routing
- Review AI outputs and flag errors or inconsistencies
- Maintain clean and structured records for internal systems
- Follow detailed procedures without deviation
- Assist in improving workflow quality and consistency
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail (errors are not acceptable in this role)
- Ability to follow instructions exactly as given
- Comfortable working with structured, repetitive tasks
- Basic written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Airtable, or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data entry, operations, or administrative support
- Exposure to AI tools or automation workflows
- Background in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
Internship Details
- Location: Remote (United States only)
- Schedule: Part-time (20–30 hours/week)
- Duration: Temporary / Seasonal (May 12, 2026 – Aug 28, 2026)
- Compensation: $9/hour
- Number of hires: 1
