Role Overview
TriSphere Apps is seeking a Remote Project Manager to oversee two of our mobile development teams—one focused on iOS and the other on Android. While you won’t be expected to write code, having a working understanding of mobile development life cycles is a big plus.
In this role, you’ll ensure that our projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and that communication flows smoothly between developers, designers, and leadership. You’ll play a vital role in translating ideas into timelines, removing blockers, and helping the team bring our apps to life.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning, sprint coordination, and daily standups for both iOS and Android teams.
Act as the primary liaison between mobile developers, designers, QA, and the executive team.
Maintain and manage timelines, task boards, and sprint goals using tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Ensure deliverables align with creative vision, technical feasibility, and business goals.
Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and resource tracking to leadership.
Identify and proactively resolve blockers, delays, or miscommunications.
Help enforce accountability while promoting a positive, remote-friendly team culture.
Assist with onboarding new team members and maintaining project documentation.
Qualifications
2+ years of project management experience, preferably in a mobile app or software development environment.
Familiarity with iOS and Android development workflows (no coding required).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate remote teams across time zones.
Passion for digital products, user-centered design, and mobile innovation.
Bonus Points
Experience working with or managing creative teams (UI/UX, game designers, etc.).
Background in a startup or fast-paced development environment.
Familiarity with Firebase, App Store/Google Play submission processes, or analytics tools.
