Our mission at TechNews is provide the student body with context and information of current events on and off campus. We strive to provide you with truth and opinions based around the experiences of students across campus.
At TechNews, you will gain real world experience in journalism and reporting. We have several positions available on a rolling basis and on a semesterly basis (most of these are PAID). Our general position is the General Writer, who have a much more flexible reporting standard than other positions. Senior Writers, Photographers, Copy/Layout Editors, and Editorial Board members are paid positions that will require at least a semester of experience with TechNews and must take an exam prior to being accepted into a paid role.
Our goal as an organization is to keep the student body informed on current events.
