Corporate Development Summer Analyst
First Onsite is looking to add a Summer Analyst to our Corporate Development department. This is a 3-month program designed to expose the right candidate to the day-to-day activities of our finance, investments, and operations divisions. This opportunity is great for anyone seeking investment banking or private equity experience.
The responsibilities for this Summer Analyst are predominantly focused on mergers & acquisitions (M&A) opportunities. In addition to supporting the company’s M&A efforts, the Summer Analyst will also assist with the company’s strategic growth initiatives. This position will directly report to the Senior Associate and will work closely with the Analyst and Chief Strategy Officer.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the due diligence process related to acquisition opportunities
- Conducting company and industry research related to new acquisitions
- Performing statistical or financial return calculations for acquisition opportunities (including NPV, pay back periods, IRR, etc.)
- Assisting in the monitoring and analysis of company financial performance
- Assisting in the process of decision making by utilizing information derived from analyses to effectively communicate business opportunities and risks
- Generating weekly, monthly, or quarterly analysis on restoration industry trends
- Assisting in the preparation of internal and external presentations on company performance and projections to key stakeholders including management, investors, etc.
- Supporting the finance, investment, and operations teams on ad-hoc projects

Special Position Requirements
- Any combination of education, training and experience to be able to perform the responsibilities of the position
- Duration: Summer 2.5 to 3 months starting mid-June through Labor Day; 5 days a week
The hourly rate for this role is between $23 and $33. Specific compensation will be based on the skills, experience, seniority, merit, location, education, training, and need for travel of the selected candidate.
