No-Code Product Operations Intern
WashonArt is an AI-powered creative platform helping users turn ideas, memories, and personal stories into visual artworks, personalized creative products, and community art experiences. The current focus is rapid market validation through viral event marketing, AI artwork products, older-adult creative engagement, non-clinical creative wellness, thematic lectures, and paid workshop programs.
Role Objective
Build lightweight product and operations systems that help WashonArt capture campaign traffic, manage artwork requests, track workshop leads, test subscriptions, and reduce manual workflow friction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prototype landing pages, campaign pages, subscription interest forms, artwork request forms, customer intake forms, and workshop registration workflows.
- Build dashboards for leads, users, artwork requests, workshop prospects, user feedback, custom orders, and subscription signals.
- Automate confirmation emails, follow-up reminders, project status updates, feedback collection, and internal task assignments.
- Document standard operating procedures so the founding team can maintain and improve the system after the internship.
Required Qualifications
- Current enrollment in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Product Design, Digital Media, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with tools such as Lovable, Webflow, Framer, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Make, Google Forms, Stripe, or Shopify.
- Basic understanding of websites, forms, databases, workflows, automation, subscription operations, and startup execution.
