Hi, my name's Mike Price and I'm an inside sales rep with Ryerson Inc. Ryerson Inc. is a distributor of metals and they serve companies from manufacturers to machine shops to the public. I mean, it's anything and everything. Sheet metal, bar, tubing, anywhere from stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, anything you can think of really, and these companies that I serve personally actually help keep your frappucinos cold. They also help treat the water that you drink, so really they can do anything and everything. It's funny, when you start working in this industry you start realizing where all your products go. So on the day to day, we're serving customers from all over the mountain region. I work in Denver currently, so I serve Utah, I serve Idaho and the Denver metro area as well, and so I'm handling any orders that come through, any quotations, requests for quotes, as well as any parts of the supply chain that we need to find new products, we need to purchase products, we need to make sure those products get to the customer quickly. So really we start the supply chain and we end the supply chain, and we get to see all aspects of that. So after we get a call or receive an email from one of our customers, usually we're working on a computer trying to find the material. If we have it, great, if we have it in inventory we just put it in. If we don't, then we start buying. We look at different suppliers that we have in our network to find the right product, to find the right solution and whatever we do, we'll get the right thing to our customers. The great thing is, being in sales, a lot of these purchasers, they may be in corporate centers and they usually follow a nine to five, but I personally do 7.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. with an hour lunch, so it's an eight hour day and perfectly normal. I like getting up early so it's okay for me.
