The Steiner Development Program is an early-career opportunity designed for upcoming/recent graduates looking to launch a career in the electrical distribution industry. Through hands-on experience, structured training, and mentorship, participants develop the sales and technical expertise needed to support contractor and industrial customers—while building a strong foundation for long-term career growth.
What You’ll Do
As a participant in the Development Program, you will rotate through key areas of the business and gain real-world experience, including:
- Supporting sales and operations teams in day-to-day activities
- Learning product applications and technical solutions
- Assisting with customer quotes, orders, and project coordination
- Building relationships with contractor and industrial customers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve customer needs

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (recent graduate or early career professional)
